Let's see how to make milk halwa (thirattupaal) at home
instantly. Today we are going to see how to make milk
halwa using packet milk.
INGREDIENTS :
- Milk 1 liter ( packet milk)
- saffron few strands
- sugar 3-4 tsp
- cardamom powder
- Ghee 2-3 tsp
HOW TO PREPARE INSTANT MILK HALWA :
- Add milk in a pan and boil the milk in medium flame
- Make sure that the milk doesn't stick to the bottom and stir well
- Add few strands of saffron to it and keep stirring
- Then add ghee,sugar and cardamom to it and stir continuously
- Until it get thick consistency like halwa
- And that's it your thirattupal is ready to eat
- You can eat it hot or cold
